All 24 calculators
Everything on the site in one list. Each one runs in your browser, shows the formula behind its answer, and cites the source for any published rate it uses.
Which one do you need?
Almost everybody arriving here is somewhere in one of four questions, and the calculator you want depends on which. The names below are the jargon; the questions are what the jargon means.
What will it cost to send?
Start with dimensional weight if you are in pounds and inches, or volumetric weight if you are in kilograms and centimetres. They are the same calculation in different units, and the answer is the weight your rate gets multiplied by, which is usually not the weight on the scale. If the parcel is awkward rather than heavy, the constraint is size: girth and length + girth tells you the measurement carriers actually cap, and the size limit checker compares the parcel with recorded limits; service acceptance needs a separate check. With the chargeable weight settled, shipping cost builds the full quote including surcharges.
What does the border add?
Customs duty applies duty and import tax in the order customs applies them, which compounds rather than adds. De minimis thresholds tells you whether the consignment is below the line at all — for the two largest markets, since 2025 and 2026, it usually is not. Landed cost resolves the whole import to a cost per unit, which is the figure your pricing should be built on, and DDP vs DAP decides whether that bill lands on you or on your customer.
How does this load, and what class does it move at?
CBM is the unit every freight quote is written in. Pallet loading works out cartons per layer and per pallet by packing them the way a warehouse does rather than by dividing volumes, which overstates the count by up to a quarter. Container load tells you what fits and, more usefully, whether volume or payload runs out first. In the United States, freight class converts density into a density-based class estimate; commodity rules can override it.
What is left after the marketplace takes its cut?
The per-platform calculators — Amazon FBA, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop — model each fee schedule on its own base, which is where the differences actually live. Marketplace comparison prices one product across all of them with identical inputs. Once the fee stack is known, break-even price gives you the floor, break-even ACOS gives you the advertising ceiling, and reorder point and EOQ decide when and how much to buy again.
What these will not do
The shipping worksheet includes dated USPS price tables and a mode for your own quoted rate. Other carriers also publish rate guides, but their tables are not integrated here. Example prices are labelled assumptions; they are not account quotations.
They will not give you an exact duty rate from a product-category dropdown either. Duty is set by an eight or ten digit commodity code, and a single category can span single-digit rates to the high thirties. We give a typical range, say that it is a range, and link the official tariff lookup for the destination.
The arithmetic runs in your browser without an account. Shared links and third-party scripts have privacy implications explained in the privacy policy. Where a published rate is used it carries an effective date, a source link and a confidence level — the source register lists all of them, including what we know we have not verified, and the methodology page writes out every formula in full.
