Everything on this site is a planning estimate built from published rules and rates. It is not a quote, not a customs declaration, and not professional advice.

What the numbers can and cannot tell you

Shipping cost. Carrier pricing depends on your account, your volume, your zone, the service you buy and a fuel surcharge that resets weekly. We calculate chargeable weight and surcharge stacking exactly; the rate they multiply is the one you supply. Your invoice is the authority.

Duty and import tax. Duty is set by the commodity code on your entry, not by a product category. Thresholds, valuation rules and tariff actions change, sometimes at short notice. Confirm with the destination customs authority or your broker before committing to a price or filing anything.

Marketplace fees. Fee schedules change and vary by category, by country and sometimes by account. Amazon publishes its FBA rate card only behind the Seller Central login, so our figures are a secondary reproduction. Check your own fee preview.

Transit times. Service bands are typical, not guaranteed. Customs clearance is the most variable part of any international move, and delays there are usually a documentation problem rather than a transport one.

Do not use these for

• Customs declarations, entries, or any statement made to a government authority.
• Tax filings or VAT returns.
• Contractual commitments to a customer or supplier.
• Anything where being wrong has a legal consequence rather than a commercial one.

Carrier and marketplace names — DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here to describe those companies' published rules and rates, which is the only way to write usefully about how shipping and selling are priced. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them.

Liability

These calculators are provided as they are, without warranty. We take accuracy seriously enough to publish a source register and a list of what we have not verified, but we cannot accept liability for decisions made on the basis of an estimate. Check anything that matters against the primary source, which we link on every page.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we would genuinely rather know. Send the source you are working from via the contact page. Corrections are published with the date they were made, and the source register records when each figure was last checked.
