Reporting a wrong number

This is the most useful thing you can send us and it goes to the top of the queue. If a figure here disagrees with your invoice, your invoice is probably right.

What helps:

• The page URL — ideally the shareable link with your inputs, from the "Copy shareable link" button.
• What the site said, and what you expected.
• Where your figure comes from: a carrier invoice, a fee preview, or a link to a published schedule.

Corrections are published with the date they were made, and the source register records when each figure was last checked.

Requesting a calculator

Tell us the question you were trying to answer rather than the tool you think you need. "How much will Coupang take from a 40,000 won sale" is more useful than "add Coupang", because it tells us which fees actually matter.

The gaps people report are how we decide what to build next. Marketplaces we know are missing and have on the list: Coupang, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopee, Lazada, Jumia, Takealot, Mercado Libre and Rakuten.

Embedding or syndicating

Start with the embed page — it may already do what you need.

What we will not reply to

Paid guest post offers, link exchange requests, and the "I noticed a broken link on your page" email that is about neither. No hard feelings; there are just a lot of them.
